Who we are. Mohammed is an independent developer building themes and apps for the Salla platform. We are not Salla and do not officially represent it.
What we collect
This site is static, with no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The only data we receive is what you voluntarily send through the support form:
- Merchant name and store URL
- Email and mobile number
- Product, issue category and description
- An optional screenshot
How we use it
We use this data only to respond to the support request you submitted. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing, and it is not published publicly.
Retention and deletion
We keep support messages for as long as needed to follow up and improve the product. You can request deletion of your data at any time via the email below.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Support messages are stored in a non-public location.
